Sagarmatha College of Science & Technology successfully organized the Orientation Program for the 2082 Batch of B.Sc. CSIT and BCA students at Siddharth Cottage, Dhobighat, marking the beginning of an exciting academic journey in the field of Information Technology.

The program was designed to warmly welcome newly enrolled students and familiarize them with the college environment, academic structure, curriculum, rules and regulations, examination system, and available facilities. Faculty members and college administrators shared valuable insights into the scope of B.Sc. CSIT and BCA programs, career opportunities, industry expectations, and the importance of discipline, innovation, and continuous learning.

Students were introduced to the college’s academic culture, teaching–learning methodologies, evaluation system, extracurricular activities, and support services. Interactive sessions encouraged students to ask questions, share expectations, and build confidence as they step into higher education.

The orientation also provided an opportunity for students to interact with faculty members and peers, fostering a sense of belonging and motivation. The serene setting of Siddharth Cottage added to the positive and engaging atmosphere of the program.
