Sagarmatha Engineering College has very active placement & training unit. We are committed to provide 100% placement. We are looking after industrial visit, industrial training, placement, campus interview etc. The Unit always gives great importance to practical training as an added part of the curriculum. The Unit Chief engages herself in advising and counselling students right from the time of admission till they graduate and even thereafter.

 

The Unit provides full assistance for the placement of students. Right blend of teaching and training produces students who are well-equipped to face the challenges of the real world. They have immense advantage when applying for internships & jobs over other students who do not have the right combination of theoretical & practical skills. A highly experienced & dedicated team in this area handles the training and placement unit of the institute. The training and placement unit a is very active in helping students for training and placements.

 

Objective
To mould the students to meet the corporate expectation and place them in reputed companies based on the expected Job profiles of each student.

The Training and Placement Unit of centrally handles placement of the graduating students. The Unit provides complete support to the visiting companies at every stage of placement process.

To bridge between Institute and Industry

To facilitate information about employment to the students via notices and emails.

Trainings   In addition to the mandatory internship as a part of B.Sc. CSIT curriculum, Sagarmatha provides an array of professional and skill-oriented trainings. Our Training and Placement Unit has come up with the packages of market driven trainings keep the students informed about latest industrial trends.		Placement   All the reputed organizations including MNCs focus on recruiting a skilled professionals. However, there is a huge gap between what students study in academic course and what they need to perform in the real fieldds. The Training & Placement Unit works towards bridging this gap.
